Our Team

Karen is the proud owner of Vent Salon. She is a Colorado native and has been a local stylist since 1986. Karen started her career in Cherry Creek under the guidance of Ted Garcia at Looks Salon. She then worked at Antione du Chez achieving many accolades including being a member of the International Artistic Design Team lead by Phillip Wilson and an Advanced Alternative Haircutting Instructor with Loreal Professional Nation Academy Program at The Zone Academy in Denver. She completed the course study program at Bumble and Bumble in New York and was a featured stylist in Denver's 5280 magazine.

She also worked with the Denver Broncos cheerleaders for game day, calendars and promotional events for 11 years. Karen's greatest passions in the industry include the work she does behind her chair making every person look and feel their best and providing a quality work environment for each team member at Vent Salon!
